DPR, Pitch Deck & Financial Model

I am launching a new venture in Delhi and need end-to-end support creating three investor-ready documents:
• Detailed Project Report with full CMA projections
• Investor pitch deck that spotlights market opportunity, our USP and clear revenue projections
• Dynamic, assumption-driven financial model (Excel preferred) that ties directly into both the DPR and the deck
The assignment also includes sourcing and analysing credible market data—industry reports, competitor benchmarks and, if possible, quick primary validation—to ground every figure and claim.
Key expectations
• Cohesive narrative: the DPR, model and slides must tell the same story, with numbers flowing consistently across all three.
• Investor-grade visuals: charts, infographics and concise copy that make the deck persuasive at first glance.
• Transparent assumptions: every line item in the model documented so I can tweak growth rates, pricing and cost drivers myself later.
• CMA format: ratios, break-even, DSCR, sensitivity tables exactly as banks expect.
On delivery I will review for accuracy, clarity and alignment with the market insights you uncovered. Once any tweaks are done, the project is complete and ready for fundraising conversations.
