Complete 5-Year Financial Model
I need someone with solid experience in financial analysis to review and consolidate my current Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, and from there, prepare five-year annual projections with the maximum level of detail.
The work includes:
• Adjust and validate each line item in the three aforementioned financial statements.
• Build an Excel model that projects FCFF and calculates EVA, IRR, ROE, ROA, and other key indicators that help evaluate profitability and value creation.
• Integrate growth, capital structure, and cost assumptions so they can be easily modified and the model updates results in real time.
• Deliver charts and pivot tables that facilitate the interpretation of critical metrics year by year.
• Incorporate explanatory notes within the file so any user understands the logic of each formula and the origin of the assumptions.
I am looking for a 100% operational final Excel document; I don't need PDF or Word versions. I'll value the clarity of the model, the accuracy of the metrics, and the consistency between the financial statements.
