About the Project:
Aero Academy Training Institute (AATI) is an aviation education and training initiative in development within the Caribbean. The project is preparing a large-scale philanthropic grant submission and requires focused financial support to complete grant-ready and investor financial materials.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Grant & Financial Modeling Consultant for a single, defined engagement focused strictly on the financial components of a major grant submission. This role is execution-focused and limited in scope to financial analysis and documentation.
The consultant will support the Founder by developing and organizing the financial materials required for grant review. Strategic decision-making, legal matters, and stakeholder negotiations remain outside the scope of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-level project budgets aligned to grant and investor review requirements
Build and refine multi-year financial projections (CapEx, OpEx, cash flow) suitable for institutional audiences
Support preparation of the financial sections of the grant proposal, including budget narratives and assumptions
Prepare investor-ready financial summaries, including:
Sources & uses of funds
Unit economics (where applicable)
Scenario and sensitivity analysis
Structure financial models so they can be used for both grant and future investor materials, without requiring full rebuild
Create clear assumptions documentation to support diligence by grantors or potential investors
Prepare summary financial tables and charts suitable for non-technical reviewers (grant committees, investors, advisors)
Revise financial materials based on feedback during grant submission or early investor review
Compensation:
Fixed or milestone-based fee
Expected range aligned with scope and duration
No long-term or success-based compensation expected
