Construction Valuation & Fundraising Package
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
Our Construction & Engineering Client firm is entering a new growth phase and needs a bullet-proof finance package that stands up to institutional scrutiny. I want a consultant who can merge deep corporate-finance rigor with clear, investor-ready storytelling.
Scope of work
• Build an integrated three-statement financial model that rolls forward five years, includes scenario toggles, and links seamlessly to valuation outputs.
• Produce a DCF valuation and a full comparable-company analysis; both must reconcile to the model’s assumptions and be presentation-ready.
• Compile a precedent transaction analysis that highlights relevant deal multiples in the sector.
• Craft an investor pitch deck and a concise executive summary, each grounded in the model and valuation and suitable for meetings with private-equity funds, family offices, strategic investors, and other institutional backers.
What matters to me
Your background should include transaction advisory, valuation work, investment banking, or a similar environment where accuracy and presentation quality are non-negotiable. I expect well-structured Excel (or Google Sheets) files, clearly labeled tabs, and an assumptions sheet that allows quick sensitivity checks. The deck must be visually consistent, with charts pulled directly from the model to avoid version drift.
Delivery & acceptance
1. Draft model and outline deck for my review within the first milestone.
2. Final model (with dynamic scenarios), DCF, comps, and precedent transactions signed off before design-polish on the slides.
3. Final pitch deck (editable PowerPoint) and two-page executive summary PDF.
4. A brief handover call or recorded walkthrough to ensure I can navigate every file confidently.
If this matches your wheelhouse, I’m ready to get started immediately.
