I'm seeking expertise to create comprehensive financial model based on IFRS 16 for our real estate business, focused on tenants side
The financial model should focus on:
- Impact on cash inflow/outflow for the various scenarios in the event a tenant relocates versus when they renew in their current building.
- Highlight the impact on the tenants cash flow statement, profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
-Showcase the value propositions of optimising savings in comparison to what they are presently paying, including Payback period
- Showcase how the rental outflow would be treated under discounted cash outflow along with the capex which they invest.
