A company incorporated in BC

I'm looking for help incorporating a corporation in British Columbia. Specifically, I need help with preparing the Articles of Incorporation that will be filed with the BC registry. I'm also looking for ongoing corporate compliance assistance in order to keep up with all necessary registrations, filings, and reports required in BC. After the initial corporate set-up, I'll need regular guidance to maintain full compliance of the business. Ideally, this will be an ongoing service provided by a consultant who understands the legal aspects of company formation in Canada.
