Quant Developer to Develop Back Testing & Multi-Step Simulated Trade Tool (US Equity Markets)

I'm looking for a developer skilled in automated stock trading and back-testing in the US stock market. Your task is to identify create a back testing platform and configure it for trades on signals buy and sell orders during afterhours trading sessions historically and present the results on a dashboard.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in automated stock trading and back-testing in the US equities market
- Skilled at configuring the platform to accurately back-test signals and buy and sell orders during historical trading sessions (including after hours trading)
Tasks:
- Build a back-testing platform that supports automated trading simulations (and eventual live trading in the next project) during standard and afterhours sessions in the US market
- Configure the platform for trades with signals for buy and sell orders

We have a dedicated server setup in AWS to build this in python. The API will be: Interactive Brokers - Client Portal Web API: version 1.0.
