Build a personal finance/budgeting app

Hi, my name is Alistair. I am interested in investing and finance. I have an investing website, www.growthwithvalue.com here I provide information about investing in an attempt to assist people in becoming better investors.

I have kept records of my finances in a complex google spreadsheet over the last few years. I consider this spreadsheet to be a helpful tool in assisting people keep track of there budgeting and investment performance.

I would like to build a personal finance/budgeting app based on my complex google spreadsheet (only to be used as a guide). The app will need to track the following:
*Cash Flow (income and outgoings)
*Assets and Liabilities
*Investment Transactions
*Dividends
*Capital Gains/Loss
*Portfolio Performance
*Tax on investment gains
*Interactive Dashboard
