Growth / Sales Forecast Modell

Need someone which can do some Growth / Sales Forecast based on historical data (around 3 years revenue data) and the prediction based on a suitable model. Very important is as well that not only based on the historical data making the prediction but also based on assumptions of increasing the traffic on the website and/or increasing the conversion rate (total traffic / total sales) last but not least based on average order value.
Do you have experience with that kind of requirements? If yes please apply.
