Financial Analyst for 2026 Property Forecast
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for an experienced financial analyst to prepare a 2026 financial forecast for a property/investment entity. The forecast must be based on the 2025 actual results, with reasonable and prudent estimates applied to any material changes.
You will be provided with the relevant 2025 financial data. The forecast should incorporate adjustments in the following areas:
Rent profile, including rent-free period on the new 2nd-floor lease
Operating expenses
Fair value of the investment property
Fair value movement of the swap
Debt expenses
Refurbishment costs (e.g., second-floor refurbishment works)
Deliverables:
A complete financial forecast for 2026 (Excel preferred)
Assumptions clearly documented
Summary of key changes compared to 2025
Requirements:
Strong background in financial modelling and forecasting
Experience with real estate/investment property financials preferred
Ability to produce accurate, conservative, and well-documented projections
