Comprehensive Financial Forecasting Model For Subscription Based Business

We need a forward-looking financial forecast built from my existing operational and accounting data so we can make confident strategy and funding decisions. We are a well established UK company that has recently started selling in the US and we need support to forecast our US financials. I will provide you with the historical accounts, key drivers, and any other inputs you request as soon as the project kicks off; your task is to translate that information into a dynamic, easy-to-update model that extends at least the next 24 months.
The core of the assignment is forecasting based on the specifics of our subscription based business model. Excel or Google Sheets are both acceptable.
Deliver no later than one month from the start date. Potential for ongoing support.
Specifics:
• A three-statement forecast model (income statement, balance sheet, cash-flow) tied together and fully balanced for the next 24-36 months
• Assumptions tab with labelled, easily adjustable drivers and built-in sensitivity toggles for several 'what if' scenarios
• Dashboard or summary sheet with charts and key metrics and formulas
• Short walkthrough (live or recorded) so I can maintain the file myself
- We intend to use the spreadsheet/s and apply AI to visualise the forecast and further explore variants and specific scenarios but if you have skills in visualising the data yourself that's a big bonus
