I’m a small business owner in Milton, Georgia, using QuickBooks Online for my bookkeeping. I handle my day-to-day bookkeeping myself, but occasionally I need an expert to walk me through specific transactions and workflows so I can manage them correctly going forward.
Right now, I am looking for a QBO expert who can connect with me via Zoom and guide me through the proper workflow for:
Integrating Square and PayPal with QuickBooks Online
Recording transactions accurately
Reconciling payouts, fees, and deposits
Managing undeposited funds
Ensuring the setup and workflow are correct so I can handle everything independently afterward
