QuickBooks Online Cleanup Advisor

I run CleanupOwl, a live SaaS tool that automates diagnostics and clean-up reviews inside QuickBooks Online. As we release new features, I need a Mumbai-based CPA (or similarly qualified accountant) to act as my go-to subject-matter expert. Your day-to-day input will shape how our algorithms flag and prioritise issues, so what you see in the app must echo what real firms scope, quote and deliver.

What you’ll focus on
• Pressure-testing every diagnostic we surface for books clean-ups, month-end close checks, reconciliations and review workflows
• Re-creating edge-case scenarios in QBO, confirming that our rules catch them, then explaining why if they don’t
• Suggesting data points, wording and workflows that will help practising accountants work faster in the app

Your background
– Books clean-up is your primary specialty, and you rely on QuickBooks Online extensively for that work.
– In typical clean-ups you already handle:
• Transaction categorization
• Fixing errors
• Removing duplicates
– You are based in Mumbai and can meet or jump on quick calls during IST business hours.

Deliverables & cadence
- Weekly consulting hours for in-depth discussions, product testing and advisory etc.
