Part-time FX Advisor for JPY/HKD Hedging

[Part-Time] FX Option Advisor & Weekly IBKR Execution Support (JPY/HKD)
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable long-term freelancer to support our Japanese Yen (JPY/HKD) hedging needs via FX options on Interactive Brokers.

Weekly Task (1 hr/week):

Assist in reviewing and planning weekly JPY Call Option purchases on IBKR (we pay Japanese suppliers every Monday)

Help decide strike price, expiry, and quantity

Provide professional input on market trend, structure, and execution timing

No login to our system; we handle execution on our end based on your guidance

Additional Help We Need:

Share best practices in FX hedging using IB

Advise on simple workflow setup (e.g., templates, reminders, risk exposure notes)

Optional: build simple tools for tracking and monitoring (Google Sheet or Notion)

Engagement Type:

Weekly 1-hour Zoom/Google Meet/Chat session

Pay based on hourly rate or monthly retainer

Prefer someone with:

Real FX option execution experience

Familiarity with IBKR (TWS or WebTrader)

Strong communication and consulting skills

We are not looking for one-time setup. This is an ongoing working relationship to guide us and refine our approach over time.
