Oracle EPM Functional Coaching
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I already work daily with Oracle EPM at an advanced technical level, yet I need to shift into a purely functional-consultant role. To get there I’m looking for structured, one-on-one coaching that covers three pillars of the suite: Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation (FCCS), and Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS) and ARCS
My expectation is a practical, finance-oriented program—less theory, more “how to advise a client.” We will meet live (screen-share or similar), walk through real-world use-cases, build models together and review best-practice design, configuration and documentation. By the end I should confidently be able to:
• translate business requirements into EPM Cloud solutions
• design Planning cubes, consolidation rules and PCMCS cost allocations and ARCS
• prepare functional specs and client-ready documentation
• articulate financial impacts and ROI to stakeholders
We can agree on a lesson plan and milestones upfront, and I’m flexible on scheduling as long as sessions stay interactive and hands-on. If you’re a seasoned functional consultant with successful Oracle EPM Cloud implementations under your belt, I’d love to hear how you would structure this mentorship and the materials you would provide.
