I’m seeking a seasoned commercial real-estate loan broker to arrange acquisition financing for an office building I have under contract. The target loan size is in the $1 million – $10 million range, strictly for purchase (no refi or construction component).
You’ll leverage your lender network—banks, credit unions, life companies, CMBS conduits, or private debt funds—to source and negotiate the most competitive terms, then shepherd the deal from application through closing. I will supply the rent roll, pro-forma, and all supporting financials immediately so you can begin packaging the request.
Deliverables
• At least two competitive term sheets from credible lenders
• Final commitment letter with agreed rates, amortization, covenants, and closing timeline
• Ongoing coordination of underwriting, third-party reports, and legal documentation until funds are disbursed
