Monthly QuickBooks Online Reconciliations
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for someone who can step in each month and bring my QuickBooks Online file up to date by fully reconciling one bank account and two credit cards. All transactions are already being pulled in automatically; what I need is the careful matching of each item to the feed, prompt identification of any discrepancies, and a short note if something in the statement doesn’t align.
You’ll receive PDF statements as soon as they close and secure access to the QBO ledger. Once reconciliation is complete, I expect the month-end reports saved back into QuickBooks and a brief summary sent to me highlighting any outstanding issues or adjustments made. If you are comfortable working directly in QBO, keep meticulous audit trails, and can turn the work around consistently at the close of every month, let’s get started.
