Manufacturing Company Valuation Consultant
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I operate a manufacturing firm with roughly USD 5 million in annual sales and need a defensible valuation to present to potential investors. I want the study grounded in an asset-based approach and framed so a sophisticated investor can move quickly from your conclusions to a term-sheet discussion.
You’ll have full access to the most recent three years of:
• Balance Sheet
• Income Statement
• Cash Flow Statement
Using that data, please:
• Identify and adjust the carrying value of tangible and intangible assets, liabilities, and equity
• Select the specific asset-based method that best fits our industry (adjusted book value, replacement cost, etc.) and justify each assumption
• Highlight off-balance-sheet items and normalise one-off events
• Deliver a concise valuation report that includes methodology, detailed calculations (preferably in Excel), sensitivity analysis, and a plain-language executive summary I can drop straight into an investor deck
Manufacturing-sector experience and familiarity with IVSC or similar standards are a plus. Let me know your expected timeline, information needs beyond the statements listed above, and any clarifying questions before we start.
