MIA CA(M) for Strike-Off Accounts
Budget: $12 – $30 SGD
This is for a dormant company applying for strike-off with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). All source documents for the last financial year are already in order, and I have prepared a strike-off-ready template that follows SSM’s requirements.
I now require a Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) member—please include your MIA membership number in your proposal—to convert these records into Management Accounts that will be accepted by SSM without issue.
Your task will be to:
Complete the statements in my prescribed format.
Certify the final Management Accounts with your CA(M) credentials.
Deliverables:
A signed PDF of the Management Accounts.
An editable working file (Excel or equivalent).
Completion & Payment:
The assignment is considered complete once SSM accepts the submission without further queries. Preferred turnaround is within one week
