Job Title: Indian CA required for RBI FIRMS Portal Filings (Two APRs & Form FC Section G)
Project Description:
We are looking for a practicing Indian Chartered Accountant or a specialized FEMA consultant to execute a one-time regulatory cleanup on the RBI FIRMS portal for our Indian parent entity.
The Scope of Work includes:
1. Logging into our active RBI FIRMS portal profile.
2. Filling out the digital fields for two pending Annual Performance Reports (APRs) for a UK Wholly Owned Subsidiary (FY 24-25 and a final NIL APR for FY 25-26).
3. Filing Section G (Disinvestment/Closure module) under Form FC to permanently close the active UIN.
4. Issuing the Statutory Auditor Certificate and generating a valid, current ICAI UDIN for the filing pack.
We have all documentation fully compiled and ready to share, including official UK ICICI bank logs showing a clear cash trail, UK Companies House final Gazette dissolution notices, and signed share certificates. The numbers are completely pre-reconciled down to the last paisa.
Requirements:
- Must be a practicing CA in India with active access to the ICAI UDIN portal.
- Proven experience navigating the RBI FIRMS portal interface.
- Ability to coordinate the digital submission to our AD Bank queue within 48 hours.
