Deep knowledge of personal, business and home loans, coupled with a solid grasp of credit-card products, eligibility rules, credit scoring, interest-rate structures and local banking regulations is essential.
Your focus areas will be:

Sales skill is the single most critical trait I’m after—you must be able to convert interest into completed applications while safeguarding trust and compliance. Clear communication, sharp relationship management and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction are expected companions to that core talent.
Day-to-day you will:
1. Listen to each client’s needs, analyse their finances and credit profile.
2. Recommend the best-fit loan or card, explaining terms, rates and repayment impact in plain language.
3. Shepherd the application process to approval, keeping both the client and me updated.
For every client, deliver a brief needs-analysis summary, your product rationale and a status log from submission through approval.
