I have reached the final testing phase of a high-voltage 1 500 V Battery-Management System. The full hardware stack is built, prototype units have passed internal bench tests, and an EPC contractor has already issued a formal Letter of Intent to integrate the system once field validation is complete. What I now need is a capital injection to take the product through certification, pilot deployment and initial production; in return I am offering an equity position.
