Configure Zoho Books Ledger

I need a skilled Zoho Books user to build a clean bookkeeping environment for our company from the ground up. We are starting completely fresh, so no historical data needs importing; the focus is on getting 2025 ready and establishing a repeatable workflow we can carry straight into 2026.

Scope of work
• Create our chart of accounts and opening balances so sales-and-purchase activity is captured correctly.
• Configure modules for Income and Expenses, Invoices and Receipts, and monthly Bank Reconciliations.
• Activate bank feeds and show me how to match and categorise transactions quickly each month.
• Adjust taxes, invoice templates and basic automations that fit a straightforward sales-and-purchases business model.

Deliverables
1. Fully operational Zoho Books organisation for fiscal year 2025.
2. Written step-by-step checklist I can follow for the month-end close and reconciliation.
3. A short hand-off call or screen-share to walk me through the setup and answer questions.
