UK Company Year-End Filing & Closure

UK Limited Company – CT600 Filing & Company Closure (Very Small Company)

I am looking for a UK-based accountant to assist with:

Phase 1 – HMRC Year-End Filing
• Corporation Tax Return (CT600) submission to HMRC
• Preparation and filing of micro-entity statutory accounts
• Very basic bookkeeping review/setup in Xero (minimal activity)

Phase 2 – Company Closure
• Guidance and support with voluntary strike off after filings are completed
• Confirmation that all HMRC requirements are met prior to closure

The company had one very small sale only during the accounting period.
There is no payroll, no VAT, no dividends, and no complex transactions.

Transaction volume is extremely low, so this should be a straightforward, low-complexity task.

I am looking for a low fixed fee, appropriate for a very small and simple company.

Please include in your proposal:
• Your fixed price (ideally split by Phase 1 and Phase 2)
• What is included in the service
• Expected timeline for both phases
• Confirmation of experience with CT600 filings and UK company strike-offs
