To satisfy local ownership requirements and secure the capital needed for our first growth phase, the company will bring in one Canadian equity partner whose primary contribution is a cash investment.
Your equity stake will be documented in a formal shareholders’ agreement at incorporation. The immediate tasks on our joint timeline include registering the company, opening bank and brokerage accounts, and funding the initial operating pool. While the key expectation is financial investment, any strategic insight you can add on compliance, market positioning, or future fund-raising will be welcomed and reflected in board access.
