What You’ll Do

Intake & Packaging

Organize new deal intakes, request docs, and build lender-ready packages (bank statements, AR/AP, app, IDs, entity docs, UCC search, COJs where relevant, etc.).

Name/label files cleanly; maintain shared folders and checklists.

Light Underwriting / Readiness

Quick read on MCA / working capital / ABL / SBA fit (revenue stability, NSFs, daily balances, seasonality, debt stack, liens).

Create clean one-pager and lender notes (use of funds, asks, red flags, mitigants).

Submission & Portal Work

Submit through email and lender portals; complete forms accurately; attach correct docs; track submission timestamps.

Route to the right lenders based on deal profile and guidelines.

Pipeline Follow-Up

Chase UW feedback/conditions, gather stips, update trackers/CRM.

Manage back-and-forth with assigned lender reps; escalate delays fast.

Closing Coordination

Prep closing checklists, collect final stips, schedule calls, and drive to funding.

Keep client, lender, and internal team aligned on next steps and timing.

MCA / business lending experience in processing or underwriting support (6–24+ months).

Extreme organization: checklists, version control, deadline discipline.

Portal fluency: comfortable submitting to multiple lender systems.

Document control: fast, accurate file naming, PDF merges, redactions.

Clear written updates (bullets, timestamps, next steps).

Thick skin & follow-through: you chase answers and close loops.

Nice-to-Haves

Prior ISO / MCA shop processor experience.

Light financial analysis (bank-statement patterning, NSFs, deposits).

UCC search/interpretation; stacking awareness; SBA basics.

Experience with Salesforce (or Pipedrive/HubSpot), Airtable, Smartsheet.

Spanish a plus.
