Accountant Needed for E2 Visa Financial Projections (LivePlan Expert)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced accountant or financial professional to assist with preparing detailed financial projections for E2 Visa applications. The work will be completed using LivePlan, so prior experience with this platform is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate understands the requirements and expectations of E2 Visa business plans, including realistic and compliant financial modeling that aligns with U.S. immigration standards.
Responsibilities:
* Develop 5 year financial projections for E2 Visa business plans
* Build and structure financials directly within LivePlan
* Prepare profit & loss statements, cash flow forecasts, and balance sheets
* Ensure projections are realistic, well-supported, and consistent with business narratives
* Collaborate with our team to refine assumptions and inputs
* Revise financials based on feedback when necessary
Requirements:
* Proven experience preparing financials for E2 Visa applications (or similar immigration/business plans)
* Strong proficiency with LivePlan
* Solid understanding of U.S. small business financial modeling
* Ability to create clear, professional, and audit-ready financial documents
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
* Background in immigration-related business planning
* CPA or relevant accounting certification
* Experience working with startups or small businesses
Project Scope:
* Ongoing work (initial project with potential for long-term collaboration)
* Each project involves one business plan’s financials
* Turnaround time: Typically 3 days per project
