ACCA Partner Revenue Share

We are a UK-based accountancy services company seeking a fully ACCA-qualified accountant with at least 3 years’ Practical Experience Requirement (PER) to join our growing practice. Candidates can be based in the UK or overseas.

Our firm supports a diverse portfolio of SMEs, startups, and individual clients across the UK. This role offers a flexible, client-based 50/50 revenue-sharing arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review statutory accounts in compliance with UK GAAP

Manage Self Assessment tax returns and prepare annual accounts

Liaise directly with clients and provide clear, professional financial guidance where required

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure AML compliance

Note: Bookkeeping, payroll, and VAT work are not required for this role.

Requirements:

ACCA-qualified (or equivalent) with 2–5 years’ experience in an accountancy practice

Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and accounting standards

Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage

Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Engagement Terms:This is a revenue-sharing role (50/50 per client). Successful candidates will be required to sign a contract under our UK-based accountancy services company.
