Xero Specialist Needed for Australian Furniture Firm -- 2

XERO BOOKKEEPER NEEDED – Australian Furniture Business (Setup + Ongoing)
Posting on behalf of an Australian furniture business. We have Xero set up with bank feeds and e-invoicing connected. We need someone to finalise the setup and handle ongoing bookkeeping.

ONE-TIME SETUP (first month):
• Review and finalise chart of accounts and categories
• Set up bank rules for recurring transactions
• Ensure supplier invoices are flowing into Xero correctly
• Make sure everything is ready for our accountant

ONGOING MONTHLY WORK:
• Reconcile bank transactions weekly in Xero
• Categorise all income and expenses correctly
• Manage supplier invoices in Xero
• Ensure books are clean and ready for accountant at month end

REQUIREMENTS:
• Xero certified (must have)
• Experience with Australian businesses and GST
• Strong English communication
• Reliable, detail-oriented, responsive on WhatsApp or email
