Xero 12-Month Financial Statements

All of our day-to-day transactions are already recorded in Xero; what I need now is a clean set of year-end statements. Please log in, review the ledger for accuracy, post any routine adjustments, and generate:

• Profit & Loss for the full 12-month period
• Balance Sheet as at year-end
• Cash Flow Statement (indirect method)

The figures must reconcile with Xero’s trial balance so that my tax adviser and bank can rely on them without further tweaks. Deliver the statements in both PDF (presentation ready) and Excel (so I can drill down). If you spot any discrepancies while you work, flag them and suggest correcting entries.

Acceptance criteria
– Each statement ties back to Xero with no unexplained variances
– Balance Sheet balances, Cash Flow links to P&L and Balance Sheet
– Workpapers or reconciliation screenshots provided for traceability
