Xero Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting

I need an experienced Xero bookkeeper to keep my business accounts current and reliable. All day-to-day transactions must be entered, each bank and card account reconciled on schedule, and clear financial reports produced every month so I can see where the business stands.

Here’s what I expect:
• Record every sales, purchase, and expense transaction in Xero, using the correct chart-of-accounts codes.
• Reconcile bank, credit-card, and payment-gateway feeds weekly so balances match my statements.
• Generate and share monthly financial reports—profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow summary—by the 5th working day of the following month.
• Flag anomalies or missing paperwork promptly so nothing slips through the cracks.

Our Xero file is already set up, but I’m open to your suggestions for improving account structures, automated rules, or add-ons that speed up processing and improve accuracy.
