Write Comprehensive Business Proposal

I need a full-scale business proposal produced from scratch—something polished enough to share with investors or strategic partners, yet flexible enough to be tweaked for other audiences later on. I will supply background notes, existing pitch decks, and any data I already have; you will turn that raw material into a clear, persuasive document that tells our story, demonstrates market opportunity, and spells out the return on investment.

• Clarify objectives with me in a short kickoff call.
• Conduct any gap research needed to strengthen market, competitor, and financial sections.
• Craft the narrative—executive summary through to appendices—using credible sources and a confident, but concise tone.
• Design clean, branded page layouts in an editable format (Word or Google Docs preferred; a complementary PowerPoint version would be a bonus).
• Iterate through up to two rounds of revisions to finetune messaging, numbers, and formatting.
Acceptance criteria
1. Proposal length 12–20 pages, excluding appendices.
2. Data points properly referenced; financial tables traceable back to supplied assumptions.
3. Final files delivered in both editable and PDF formats, ready to send.
Please factor in typical proposal components—executive summary, problem statement, solution, market analysis, competitive landscape, business model, marketing plan, operations, management team, and financial projections—while staying open to trimming or expanding sections as needed.
