Weekly UAE Accounting Support
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We need a hands-on accountant who knows UAE accounting standards, VAT rules, upcoming corporate-tax requirements, e-invoicing and how they map into uae approved accounting software. Each week you will:
• Bring all bank, cash and card transactions up to date and keep the chart of accounts tidy.
• Review source documents, attach them to entries, and reconcile every balance so the books stay audit-ready.
• Prepare the running VAT position, draft the FTA return, and flag any anomalies before filing deadlines.
• Generate a concise management pack—P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow snapshot—so I can see how the business is performing.
A solid grasp of UAE compliance standards, including reverse-charge mechanisms and excise where relevant, is essential.
Deliverables will be considered complete each Friday once:
1. All transactions are reconciled to zero difference.
2. VAT summary ties back to the ledger.
3. The three core financial statements are uploaded as PDFs
Clear, prompt communication over email or WhatsApp is expected. Let me know your experience with UAE-based entities and how you propose to keep the workflow smooth and accurate week after week.
