I need a reliable accountant to assume full responsibility for our books on a weekly cycle. The work centres on bookkeeping and finance tasks—recording every transaction, keeping ledgers clean, reconciling bank & cash balances, and producing concise management snapshots so I always know where we stand.
Our data sits in Tally and an in-house ERP, so you must be comfortable working inside those systems (or willing to learn Tally quickly). Source documents will reach you digitally and, when needed, through secure remote desktop.
Deliverables each week
• All transactions entered and categorised in Tally
• Bank, cash, and vendor/client accounts fully reconciled
• A brief two-page financial summary (P&L, balance sheet, key ratios)
