CA-Verified Financial Statements

My company is not registered under GST, yet I still need the last financial year formally verified. I have the bookkeeping data ready; now I want a chartered accountant to review the numbers and issue an authenticated Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement for that single year.
Once you have reconciled everything, please provide both:
• A formula-driven Excel workbook
• A signed, sealed PDF report
Kindly include your CA registration details on the PDF, note any adjustments in a clear audit trail inside the workbook, and ensure all three statements cross-check perfectly. Delivery within a week is preferred, but I can accommodate a realistic timeline if you indicate it upfront. Final acceptance happens when the stamped PDF and matching Excel file are in my hands and every figure ties out.
