Urgent Excel Cash Flow Forecasting

I need a clean, reliable cash-flow forecasting model built in Excel right away so I can make fast, informed financial-planning decisions. The workbook should let me plug in monthly inflows (sales, loans, other income) and outflows (COGS, payroll, taxes, capital purchases, etc.), then instantly show projected cash positions over the next 12 months—including a quick view of best-, base- and worst-case scenarios.

Please structure the file so inputs live on one clear sheet and calculated results flow through to a summary dashboard with tables and simple charts.
