Urgent Bookkeeping Reconciliation Help
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
My books have fallen behind and I need them brought fully up-to-date right away. The priority is precise data entry and bank / credit-card reconciliation so I can rely on accurate balances before month-end reporting.
I will give you secure access to statements, receipts and my existing general ledger. You’ll enter the missing transactions, match every line item against the source documents, flag any discrepancies and leave clear notes where something looks off. If you spot gaps in source paperwork, let me know so I can supply it quickly.
I’m comfortable working in QuickBooks, Xero or FreshBooks—use whichever platform you feel will let you move fastest and keep the audit trail clean.
Deliverables
• Reconciled accounts through the latest statement date
• Updated ledger files returned in native software format and exported to Excel/PDF
• Short summary highlighting outstanding issues or items needing my attention
Accuracy and speed are equally important; please tell me how soon you can start and your estimated timeframe to finish once you have all documents.
