Troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Financials

Our team runs day-to-day accounting on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and I need a seasoned hand to keep the system healthy when something breaks. Typical situations include journals that refuse to post, reconciliation balances that mysteriously drift, approval workflows that hang, or error codes after a patch.
Here’s how I’d like to work together:
• When an issue appears, I will share screenshots, log excerpts, or SR references.
• You investigate, identify the root cause, and apply (or guide me through applying) the corrective steps inside Fusion—whether that’s adjusting configurations, re-running ESS jobs, clearing stuck workflow transactions, or liaising with Oracle Support for deeper fixes.
• Once the problem is resolved, a short note summarising the steps taken and the preventive action goes into our shared knowledge base.
Most of the activity can be handled remotely through the Fusion UI, BI Publisher logs, and, when needed, SQL in the cloud environment. Quick turnaround during business hours UTC+2 is ideal, but we can stay flexible for critical incidents.
