Travels business bookkeeping records for 2 cars of previous 6 months till date

I want to make 2 bookkeeping for 2 cars for 6 6 previous months till today . I do business in travels my cars are private and I want to you make records of customers, trips(from,to) , km , revenue, cng, net revenue. I want make it in such a way that one car make monthly income around 45000 .
Trips should be in local areas in Mumbai side but sometimes long trips around 350km to 400km two way . My main stop of car is bandra . Cng amount is 77 rs and mileage 34.05 km per kg . Per km i charge in range of 15 to 17 depends on way /night trips . My both cars almost run every day but with some week off and maintenance too .
