Start-Up Non-Profit Seeks Bookkeeper/Accountant

NOTE: ONLY candidates who are permanent residents somewhere in the 48 Continental Unites States and are FLUENT in English will be considered. If you do not meet BOTH of those requirements, please do not waste our time.

I represent a start-up non-profit company registered in Florida. We are seeking a qualified Bookkeeper/Accountant. We are still pre-launch, so there is not much to do right now except help us get fiscally organized. It is possible, however, that we may see potentially rapid growth once we are fully active, and we will need someone who is capable, reliable, ethical, knowledgeable, with a flexible schedule. Additional details will be provided when we chat. Our corporate headquarters is based in South Florida, but all candidates who are permanent residents of the Continental US will be considered.

You must also be 100% comfortable conducting business in English. It will help if you are already familiar with TABBY (https://www.usetabby.com/), as that is most likely the accounting software platform we will use. This may become a long-term or ongoing relationship. After our initial conversation, if you remain interested in our consideration, please be prepared to provide a resume or c/v and at least one (preferably two) professional reference. If your references are from work, you performed with a start-up or a non-profit… even better.

NOTE: We have not indicated a budget or price range. Obviously, what is showing is simply to satisfy the website’s requirement to indicate a number. YOU tell US what your rates or fees are, and we will make some initial decisions with that in mind. When all is said and done, either you meet our qualification requirements and fit within our budget, or you do not. You have value.
