Spanish Financial Statement Translation & Rebuild

I have a complete financial statement in a single Word document that needs to be rendered for an English-speaking audience. The source is in Spanish, and while I don’t need an ultra-formal, line-by-line legal treatment, the numbers must stay intact and the financial terminology should be sound. A “good” translation with only minor acceptable deviations is the target quality level.
You can work in your preferred environment—MS Word, Google Docs, Trados, or similar—because I’m not asking you to copy every visual detail. Standard, professional formatting is perfectly fine. Once the text is finished, simply export or print to PDF so I have a clean, ready-to-share file.
