Small Business QuickBooks Bookkeeping

I’m looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to tidy up my small-business accounts in QuickBooks. Your main focus will be getting the core numbers right—no fancy extras, just clean, accurate data I can rely on.

Here’s what I need:
• Enter and categorize recent transactions from bank and credit-card feeds
• Reconcile each account so balances match my statements
• Generate a basic Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for the most recent period
• Flag any obvious discrepancies or missing documents so I can provide them quickly

All work must be completed directly in my cloud QuickBooks file (I’ll provide secure access). I keep things straightforward—if the books balance and the reports look right, the job is done. I value clear communication, a quick turnaround, and accuracy over volume.
