Small Business Bookkeeping Help

I want all of my day-to-day transactions recorded accurately and my accounts reconciled on a regular schedule so I can stay focused on running the business instead of chasing receipts. The scope is straightforward bookkeeping: entering income and expenses, matching them to bank and card feeds, and closing each month with clear summaries I can hand straight to my accountant at year-end.

You’ll work in whatever cloud platform you know best—QuickBooks Online, Xero, or a similar tool is fine with me—as long as I can log in at any time and see up-to-date balances. Confidentiality is non-negotiable; reliable communication and an eye for detail matter even more than the specific software.

Deliverables
• All transactions posted and categorised weekly
• Bank and credit-card statements fully reconciled by the 5th business day of each month
• A concise monthly report (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow snapshot) exported to PDF and Excel
