Singapore Financial Statements Preparation

I run a saas business registered in Singapore and urgently need a qualified accountant to bring my books up to SFRS compliance. The first document I must see is an accurate, audit-ready Profit and Loss Statement, but the engagement also covers a matched Balance Sheet and a detailed General Ledger so the whole set ties together cleanly for tax filing and any future audit.

Source data (bank statements, receipts, invoices and current trial balance) can be provided in Excel. I’m looking to receive the completed statements as soon as possible; please include a realistic turnaround time in your proposal and flag any additional information you may need up front so we keep momentum.

Deliverables (all in editable Excel or native accounting-software export):
• Profit and Loss Statement (SFRS-compliant)
• Balance Sheet aligned to the P&L figures
• Detailed General Ledger with clear referencing to source documents

Acceptance criteria:
• Figures cross-checked and internally consistent across all three reports
• Layout and disclosures follow current Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
