Shopify Ecommerce Operations Lead
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m ready to hand the day-to-day running of my Shopify store to a true operator who can own the numbers as well as the processes. You will have the mandate to oversee everything that keeps a fast-moving e-commerce business profitable and growing.
We’re looking for a sharp, switched-on E-Commerce Operations Manager to help run a growing Shopify business.
This is not a basic VA role.
We need someone who can think, take ownership, and manage operations end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day Shopify operations (orders, updates, issues)
Create purchase orders and work with suppliers
Upload and improve product listings
Support Amazon / Alibaba / dropshipping workflows
Work with Excel / Google Sheets (orders, stock, pricing)
Improve listings (titles, images, structure)
Spot problems, fix them, and suggest better ways of doing things
Who You Are
Smart, proactive, and independent
Strong Shopify experience
Comfortable with suppliers, products, and operations
Good with Excel / Google Sheets
Have a good eye for products (what sells / what doesn’t)
Not just task-based — you actually think
