Retained Accounting Support Needed

This engagement runs on a monthly retainer and covers the full finance cycle of several small-to-mid–sized entities under my management. Core work encompasses:

• Bookkeeping – daily transaction entry, bank and card reconciliations, month-end adjustments
• Tax preparation – sales tax filings, quarterly/annual returns, supporting schedules
• Financial analysis – variance reviews, cash-flow insights, KPI dashboards

I expect a brief, accurate report pack every week so that I can act quickly on trends and compliance matters. You may use whichever platform you prefer—QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or a comparable cloud solution—as long as the data is accessible to me in real time.

Typical deliverables each week
1. Updated ledgers and reconciled accounts
2. Consolidated P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow statement (PDF + source)
3. One-page commentary flagging risks, opportunities and upcoming tax deadlines

Data arrives to you via secure shared folders; please post completed work to the same workspace. Consistency, discretion and the ability to translate numbers into plain-English recommendations will determine long-term fit.
