Chinese-speaking Research Assistant Needed – Expert Recruitment in China (Financial Debt-to-Equity Swap Projects) ($80 per interviewee)

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to help us recruit one expert from China to participate in a 1- hour-phone interview, who has hands-on experience in Debt-to-Equity Swap projects, preferably working at bank-affiliated investment companies (AICs) such as ICBC Investment, ABC Investment, CCB Investment, etc.

Your task:
- Identify and contact potential experts in China.
- Confirm their background in debt-to-equity swap projects.
- Collect and submit their Name + Company + Current Position + Job Responsibilities.

Expert requirements:
- Based in China
- Experience in financial asset investment, especially debt-to-equity swaps
- No strict requirement on seniority or years of experience

Ideal VA:
1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
2. Previous experience in expert recruitment or headhunting preferred
3. Can deliver results efficiently
