I'm looking for an experienced recruiter or sourcer to help me find strong candidates for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role. The ideal candidates have FP&A/finance/analytics backgrounds, strong SQL, and LTV/CAC modeling experience.

These platforms attract many unqualified applicants who can't actually complete the job, so I want to be sure before hiring you to find me up to 30 high-quality candidates. If the sample candidates are strong, we'll move forward with the full, paid engagement.
