Real Estate Finance Modeler Needed

I'm seeking a seasoned finance modeler with extensive experience in real estate finance. The purpose of the project is to create a comprehensive financial model that will assist in investment analysis for a condominium project.

Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in real estate finance modeling
- Capability to present previous complex models, ideally US standards and condominium related
- Proficiency in modeling for both debt and equity financing
- Expertise in analyzing using the Cash Flow Analysis and Internal Rate of Return (IRR)

Ideal Skills:
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Deep understanding of real estate financing
- Experience with investment analysis
- Proficiency in modeling for equity and debt financing
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and its Macro module
