Real Estate Development Cost Spreadsheet
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a detailed Excel spreadsheet for a real estate project. The project involves property purchased for $3,000,000 with an $2,000,000 development cost over 8 months. The property's value will increase to $8,000,000 post-development.
Also needs to have a separate “Support collateral” guide of an income producing commercial property that is free of liens and has a value of $4,000,000. The goal is to show how a lender is “over collateralized” and the value of the project increases over the development timeline
Requirements:
- Include both monthly breakdowns and a summary
